Nostalgia.exe is a free Framer template: a designer portfolio dressed as a 2001 desktop. A visitor logs in, opens folders and double-clicks the work. From the maker: "I took some time off from sellable templates and built this one to bring back the feeling of everything I saw growing up. Nostalgia.exe is all yours. Go and have fun." The desktop is the site. My Work holds six sample projects on the CMS, each opening as its own page. AboutMe.txt is the about page and New Message is the contact form. Then the parts nobody needs and everybody opens: a paint program you can draw in, a media player, a music player, a playable Minesweeper, a recycle bin of deleted projects and a shutdown screen. It stacks into a phone layout and has its own 404.
