About this template
Freehold is a free Framer template for a local estate agent. It puts the price first: every home on the wall shows its price, beds, baths and floor area before anyone opens a photo, and a tap on a type or a bed count narrows the wall in place. Most estate agent templates are a search box over a stock photo. A buyer wants to see what is on the books and what it costs; a seller wants to know what the agent would price their house at. Freehold gives the buyer the filterable wall and the seller a valuation form with the agent's numbers beside it. Home, properties, lettings, sell, areas, about, journal and contact. Twelve sample properties, six areas and six journal posts, each on its own CMS page. A start-here guide and a branded 404. Written in British English. The demo is an agent in Wells, Somerset.
